Sample Program for Multitap.


The code that previously appeared here is now obsolete, due to
changes in the API.  Please refer to the sample in 

		\psx\sample\scea\cntrl

which is a comprehensive program that recognizes all kinds of 
controllers: pad controllers, steering wheels, light guns, and 
the multitap.
